Below lists the clinics and services that we provide here at Cuckoo Lane Practice with our Nurses and Health Care Assistants.

| Baby Clinic – with the practice nurse for routine immunisations. |
| Blood Tests – with the phlebotomist/HCA. You must have a form to let them know which tests are being performed. |
| Diabetic Clinic – with Frances Dalton, our diabetic lead for routine review of your diabetes. Must be done at least annually. |
| Routine Health Checks – with practice nurse unless otherwise instructed. |
| Routine Immunisations – with the practice nurse. |
| Smart Heart Clinic – with a practice nurse or nurse practitioner |
| Smoking Cessation – with Christopher Shaw, our HCA. |
| Travel Clinic – with a practice nurse, must be booked at least 2 weeks before travel and a form completed that can be found here. PDF –Travel Questionaire |
| Well Woman Clinic – Thursday evenings, appointments up to 7pm then walk-in, first come first served, between 7-7.30pm. |
