Our practice email address is admin.cuckoolane@nhs.net. It is only for any non-clinical queries as it is not manned by a member of the clinical team. If you require urgent medical assistance call 999, otherwise call 111 for the out-of-hours non-urgent service.

APPOINTMENTS – We are unable to consult or book appointments via email. Please use eConsult to request an appointment. This service is available between 8-6pm Tuesday -Friday and you will get a response, either a date and time for an appointment, a prescription or other advice by 6.30pm the next following day (if clinical, 3 days if administrative). Please provide as much information as possible to allow us to make an accurate assessment. 

PRESCRIPTIONS – Prescription requests will not be accepted at this address, please use your online service, NHS app/Airmid/SystmOnline or email prescriptions.cuckoolane@nhs.net with your full name, date of birth and medication you require.

We aim to reply to all other queries within 7 days.
