Protect the NHS

The NHS is very busy responding to the coronavirus pandemic and, at certain times, your GP practice may need to prioritise patients with the most urgent health needs.

If you have a health issue that isn’t urgent, advice is available on the NHS website or NHS app or you can speak to your local pharmacist. You can also use e-consult which is available from the home page. If you aren’t sure what to do, please contact the practice who can advise you on how to get the help you need.

Please continue to attend tests, vaccinations and screening when invited. is also available 24/7 for urgent health advice or by calling 111, and 999 is for emergencies.”   ‘

COVID Vaccine

Please be aware that the news, coming from the national media today needs clarification.

The vaccines are being delivered to Primary Care Network hubs, and these will be staffed by general practice and community staff. There is a specific programme being delivered, currently for the over 80’s.

We do not currently have Covid vaccines in the practice.  You will be invited according to your risk group. Please do NOT call us about the vaccine.

New Years Day Bank Holiday

  • During December, Covid infections have risen sharply in London and this has led to increased demand for hospital care.
  • Please be aware the 111 service is currently under extreme pressure in our area. GP surgeries are open, except on weekends and bank holidays.
  • If you need non-covid medical help this weekend, please call us and you will be advised of the extended hours GP service for your area.
  • If you have COVID symptoms, please go to  or call 111. In a medical emergency, you should dial 999 as usual.
Thank you for supporting the NHS

New Telephone System

We have recently had a new telephone system installed that we hope will allow us to improve our communications. After deliberation we chose to go with Surgery Connect.

Calls to and from the practice will now be recorded, but this can be stopped at your request. Just tell the staff member that you do not wish for your call to be recorded.

Flu Clinics

Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic we are unable to run our usual walk-in clinics so will be offering the flu jab this year on an appointment only basis. You will be invited at different times depending on your risk group. Please contact reception for more information.
